The interview
Before anything is built, we sit down and map how your business actually works. Where the time goes, and what you would hand over tomorrow if you could. You get this back as a written brief.
The build
We install and configure the assistant around that brief. Your tone, your processes, your files, your tools. Not a generic setup with your logo on it.
The session
We walk you and your team through it live. You come out able to use it, not just able to say you have it.
The check-in
A fortnight later we come back. This is where the value is either locked in or lost, so it is included, not sold separately.
Anyone can show you a chat window. What you are buying is the record.

It is a physical machine that sits in the corner of your office and runs continuously. Your team talks to it the way they talk to each other, through the messaging tools they already use. It works on its own in the background, it is backed up on drives you hold, and it is yours.

Your data stays in your building
For a lot of businesses this is not a preference, it is a condition. Client records, financials, legal matters, anything under a confidentiality obligation. It never leaves.

Continuity
If your AI provider has an outage and your team has built their week around it, your week stops. A system you own does not have that failure mode. Treat it the way you treat your backups.
